This year’s VBS theme is “Surf Shack” where kids catch the wave of God's amazing love! The dates are July 11th through 15th from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon each day.

We are happy to announce that we have an alternative worship service each Sabbath in the Fellowship Hall starting at 11:00am sharp.
Worship comes in a lot of different shapes and sizes and we want to explore some of them in a separate, non-traditional service for those in our community that are looking for something different. There are three forms of worship that we feel are the most social and group-oriented forms so we went with music, prayer and study.
We’ll be starting each Sabbath service with a few songs then we'll open our bibles and do some exegetical study in the word, breaking it down so we really understand. Lastly, we’ll move into prayer time where we bring our praises and requests before the Lord.
CAUTION: This service is NOT a sit in your pew and don’t say anything kind of service. This is an interactive, lay your ideas out for everyone to discuss and weigh against scripture. This is a get on your feet and praise the Lord in song; drop to your knees and seek His forgiveness; dig in the word and search for wisdom like its hidden treasure kind of service.

April 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In the Fellowship Hall
Potato & Egg dishes as well as Cinnamon Rolls will be provided. Please bring a favorite Easter dish to share, such as fruit, juice, stuffed eggs, salad, etc. Ovens will be in use and unavailable for heating casseroles. |

40 DAYS OF PRAYER - will meet every Tuesday, at 1:30 pm. Bring a friend or choose someone you would like to pray with and discuss the short 2 page lesson and discussion topics for each day. On Tuesdays we can pray for prayer requests, the spiritual growth of the church and the coming RETHINK PROPHECY MEETINGS, starting October 4, 2013. |

Every 2nd Sabbath of the month the Matthew 24 Sabbath School Class hosts a lunch and a Bible study. You don't have to attend the M24 class to share in fellowship and study. Just bring your appetite and your Bible! |

A KACS work bee will be held on Sunday, May 19, from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Come help make our school beautiful! A light lunch will be served to the workers at noon. The annual constituency meeting will begin at 1:00. Agenda items include the proposed budget for 2013-14, a change to the discipline policy, and the possibility of renting out part of the school. All members are urged to attend as we make plans for next school year. |
